How to Clean a Cast Iron Skillet - Lodge Cast Iron

Caring for cast iron cookware is easy!  Here's the recommended method for cleaning and caring for cast iron from Lodge Cast Iron.

1. Start with a dirty pan. 

2. Rinse and wash with warm water. Use soap if desired. Use a scraper if necessary. 

3. Dry your skillet completely. 

4. Wipe with the cooking oil of your choice.
